• Lanctôt will retain title to all goods until purchase price has been paid in full.
  
• All discounts are subject to payment being made as per the agreed terms. Late payment may result in the loss of any applicable discount.
  
• Minimum order: $150. All orders with a net value of less than $150.00 will be assessed a $15.00 processing surcharge.
